My Demon Parents Guide

My Demon is a story of a devilish heiress who loses his power and ability to find a girl with whom he fell in love and who might restore his lost powers.

When there is a mix-up of an accidental date with Jeong Gu-won, Shin Do-Hee is left a bit jittery. She then gets into another mess where a rescue comes as a contract is arranged.

It is unclear why Gu-won suddenly loses his power and believes that Do-hee will help him gain it back. But his attempts to regain his powers only find him held back.

She again asks for him to watch over her after she tells him he is the demon from hell who came to kill her after his admission. Do-hee also reports that she believes the death of someone close is pretty suspicious.

Gu-won rejects Do-hee once she proposes to him. She also enlists him to find out what happened to Ju Cheon-suk, but he will be met by a surprise power blockage.

The protagonist, Gu-won, and special helper, Do-hee, are in love, but the story is complicated. It starts with his sister soon searching for a man to marry which infuriates Gu-won.

Tiger moths and gecko: Do-hee’s salvation and marriage offers. She eventually picks one and later learns the face at her wedding is that of a Serial Killer.

Do-hee and Gu-won suffer many problems such as newlywed pains as they start living under the same roof. Ju Seok-hoon starts to worry that Gu-won is not of human being.

Even as the film escalates to its action-packed finale, Do-hee suddenly finds herself intervening in a saving act to save the life of Gu-won, and upon doing this last action, she suddenly decides to quit her career as an agent which is a strange twist in the end of the movie.

It’s time for Do-hee and Gu-won to fall in love for real and he begins to develop an interesting side effect at the same time (call it the K-drama paradox effect) all while a larger threat hangs over them.

When learning about his impending death, Gu-won turns decoy to save his life. As he and Do-hee are ready for their ritual, she becomes a target.

Do-hee is saved from the fire after they cross paths again and her insurance recaptures Gu-won’s power but at a cost. Time being of the essence, the two consider and try to find out what is going on.

A flashback of Gu-won’s previous life shows that he was involved in Do-hee’s demise. When the two hear about a death, their suspicions of the Noh family grow.

Gu-won and Do-hee are relishing their love while he observes her pain. Two later meet Noh Suk-min for dinner without knowing his real intentions.

Gu-won arrives on the scene to save Do-hee from an aggressive Suk-min. But Suk-min’s confession to Do-hee about his love for Cheon-suk makes Do-hee sad.

Police do not discover the body of Suk-min; another disturbing development. Do-hee tries to contain the pain as Gu-won goes missing.

Do-hee stays numb after her defeat. Desperate to see Gu-won again and for him to love her, she wishes for it on a Christmas star which Noh Suk-no hears.
